Something I talk about quite a lot is about balance. When our lives are in balance, we thrive. Aside from work-life balance, the two other things that we often neglect, are our diets and activity levels. How do you know if you need more balance in your life? And perhaps more importantly, how do you know if you're ready to make those changes that will help you bring that balance back? If we're honest with ourselves, its often something we know deep down already, even if we're not fully prepared to admit it. However, sometimes its not so obvious, and a few questions can be useful. Consider the questions below: 1) In the last 6 months, have you been thinking about making changes to your diet? 2) Have you also been thinking about starting exercise, maybe joining the gym? 3) Whilst you've been thinking about this, have you been confused with all the information out there, and wondering where to start? If you answered yes to any of these questions, you're already on the road to bringing balance back to your body. You've been thinking about change, you just haven't quite got round to actually starting. This 5 week mini course is what you've been looking for. Over the 5 weeks, I take you through the steps you need to take you from fed up and confused, to feeling fabulous and confident. The five weeks includes: Lifestyle assessment. Realistic goal setting. Habit formation. Dietary advice. A simple exercise program. There's no fads, or quick fixes, instead there's the tools you need to banish bad habits, bring balance back to your diet and the know-how to start exercising with confidence. The course is delivered through both Facebook and Zoom, with accountability practices and a supportive environment to achieve your goals. All content will be available on catch up in the event you cannot make the live sessions. Sound good? Want in?
